There is a review of the Kuro on Tom's Hardware today.
It sounds ideal for SlimServer (except for that 64Mb memory?).

Yes, that's the idea. The Linkstation is an 8260 PPC system with 64Mb of
memory
and runs a version of Linux. It's tight memory-wise, but I'm tempted to
try :-)
The big benefits are the low power-consumption (17w) and small physical
size.
It's available in capacities of 120, 160, 250 and 300Gb.

(There's another product called KuroBox which essentially the same as a
LinkStation, but sold bare with no hard-drive)
