Are you sure that's not your router IP?

You should be able to access the router via a webpage and see the
connected devices and their IP #'s.

Thanks Jon, but that's why I'm confused. When I do
exactly that, its says "the page you are looking for
cannot be found."

And the IP I use is and the port is 9000,
so i dont know what else I need to use. I am using a
McAfee firewall if that perhaps has something to do
with it...
