View Full Version : Synchronization Problem between SLIMP3 and Squeezebox

Kevin,

I would advise you to let two players run in synch for a couple of hours,
you will likely find that the synch is now off by quite a large factor. I
have observed that synch will often work fine for upwards of an hour or two
before it gets into failure, but once in failure the only way to fix it is
to stop both players and then restart.

I have found the sync to be fine, IF you stop both players then start
playing again. If you sync while playing, and the song restarts as it is
supposed to, the timing is always a bit off. press and hold pause, then
press play and it is fine

that's just my experience. it seems to work ok when I test it, and I tend
to play only about 3 or 4 songs. the songs after the initial one might be
off by a fraction of a beat, but certainly not seconds.
