these were now presented at IFA in Berlin (big consumer electronics trade show in Germany).

Logitech where are you?

Will visit you on Saturday and dare you are not presenting Squeezebox in a good light!

Sure are elegant! Makes the Logitech offerings look a bit dated, but then again, what are the prices and specifications? (rhetorical).

They indeed look nice. But talking about support: Some people here are complaining about Logitech's support, but with the Philips players the support is non-existent. I have one Streamium device (NP2900). Now waiting for more than a year for a promised firmware update that will fix some bugs.....

They got the look; Radio can still hold its own, but the 3300 makes Boom look like a cheap plastic box.

Or are others here concerned about Logitech's medium to long term commitment to Squeezebox?

We probably all are, we all see the trend, but can you mention anyone except Sonos and possibly Apple which you don't think the same about ?

I'm definitely not less concerned about Philips long term commitment to their music streaming devices, just because they release new hardware now doesn't mean they plan to support and continuously enhance the software for that hardware 3 years in the future.
