I guess you'll have to set the ID3 tags correctly. There is a disk
number field there. The album name should be the same on all three discs
"Crystal Ball" without all this Disc x of y ...

I believe that's an Apple "extension", I haven't seen it in any Linux id3
tag editor or a couple of Windows ones.
