View Full Version : Power-on does not resume playlist? Server overload on PLAY EVERYTHING

Hi

I just noticed that when I STOPPED my Squeezebox and pushed power, when I
put it back on and simply pushed "play" it did not resume the playlist, but
selected "play everything". This then jammed the server and no amount of
remote control pushing could interrupt it. In fact, the Squeezebox even
reported "lost contact" and I the server cpu time was at 90%. I think that
for long tasks (or indeed any tasks) the remote should take priority at all
times, so that any action can be quickly aborted?

The restart from last feature would also be useful!

Keep up the great work.

I think either or both of these enhancement requests would
probably address your problem:
