I see a lot of other great plugins get included, is this in the pipeline?

I thnk that would be great, but the AlienBBC plugin does require some extra
effort to get working. I dont know if it works with all platforms yet either.

It's not something that we've discussed.

Actually... as it currently stands, pulling AlienBBC into the mainline would mean pulling a whole _HEAP_ of other stuff in, too (xine libraries, binaries to build on each platform, codecs, etc). We're working on some stuff to simplify bits of that, but in the end, it might actually not be possible. For example - you do need to get a RA codec at some point. I'm not even sure if Slim could redistribute them under the same license as the rest of the code ;)
