Hi

Just read about some Logitech receiver for a wireless music technology pushed by Intel (sorry danish site http://www.comon.dk/nyheder/intel-streamer-tradloes-musik-1.418478.html)

Anybody here who has more info about this ?

It's more of a wireless audio cable.

airport express but without digital hookups?

the next SB should include this ability, as well as bluetooth.

The problem is it's a closed solution from Intel, not something you can just add to any product. You also need special hardware for the sending side.

i understand that, altho they did say there will be a bluetooth version for those without the "intel widi"

i'd pay more for the SB that had it, if this is a revenue issue, altho i'd prob opt for the bluetooth one.

actually, what would be a killer product, would be a upnp/dlna client like what logitech is offering above.

if it competes unfavorably with slim isn't the point, b/c if logitech doesn't make such a dlna client, someone else will.
