Dean -- Sorry if I'm being dense, but I'm not sure exactly which other
file types you mean. I'm glad to test out and report anything that is
helpful...what types should I test?

Will other file types open with that version of mov123.exe on that
machine? That error indicates that specific QuickTime component failed
to open.
