That's what I figured, but for some reason, I have to export the
playlist
after I create it. If I only create a playlist, slimserver never sees
it
and a thorough search my hard drive never pulls it up.

Am I doing something wrong?

No, it's just that Winamp only stores its current playlist, and then in
a hidden location (somewhere in your 'Documents and Settings' if on XP,
as I recall). Exporting is the Right Thing To Do.
