View Full Version : Netgear wnr-3500l router - usb storage

I picked up a netgear router that has a usb for network attached storage.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way that the SB Touch can access this by itself, or do all usb drives need to be connected directly to it?

I guess a similar question would be can the touch read my music directory itself, using tinysc, or does a SBS need to be feeding files from other computers?

I also have a Netgear Router with a USB connection. I haven't tried using it yet, but as far as I can make out, it just makes it available as a hard drive on your network, rather like having a NAS device.

So I guess the question is, can the SB touch play music stored on a network drive. I don't know the answer to that, as I don't have any experience with using the SB touch.
