Nothing new in that.... happens everytime there is a new release of SBS or new hardware. The forum explodes because of all the users sorting out problems and other users coming here to evaluate others problems ... should I upgrade or wait for the x.x.1 release...

It will fade

Long load times and it not my computer or internet connection.

MSBeen noticing it for a few weeks now - and can't get into the Wiki at all.

Although I can get different results depending on the browser used, which is odd. Sometimes IE8 will keep it's wheels spinning while Chrome will connect straight away.

I'm also able to connect OK at work, but have problems at home using the same laptop.

You still having ISP issues, Bonze? - works fine for me here, down the road from you with all browsers :-)

Talk to (or change) your ISP...

the timeouts in between can be routers that discard the package without a reply.

I also have problems with some of the slimdevices.com servers. I haven't analyed it in depth, but for me the skins.slimdevices.com server seems to close http connections. As it looks like there is also at least one loadbalancer there can be many reasons.

One guess i have is a unclean connection close after the last image. i get the page rendered. But around one minute later the page load indication stops. The onload event is triggered only after a timeout.

Maybe an aggressive connection close/recycle on the loadbalancer? Or the LB running in its connection limit?

for what it is worth, here is a trace.
