I agree... I don't want some cheezy hobbyist case... but a nice anodized
aluminum or spiffy black case custom designed for the squeezebox with actual
audio output connections, etc, would be very nice and certainly worth $100
expenditure by many of us. It doesn't have to be rackmountable at all, a
rack mount kit could be offered as a conversion option.

Cheap yes. But,I am looking for a more "audiophile" look and it needs to go
in with some McIntosh gear.

You can buy a rackmount box pretty cheap. You'd need to cut some metal to
mount the sqeeze box in, but it would be a pretty easy mod.
