View Full Version : Can't log on to Sirius online account

All -

I *think* this is a different (and smaller) issue than the ongoing Sirius/Slacker thread.

I was a SiriusXM customer for the last year or so, both by sat. and online. Everything worked flawlessly.

I briefly cancelled at the end of January, and yesterday renewed both.

I can log onto Sirius's site for online listening. I can use 'Pulsar' to access SXM online.

But I can't get the Squeezebox app to verify me - it tells me I must have a premium account, which I have.

Thoughts?

Do you have more than 1 login account? I have 2 accounts 1 standard and 1 premium.

Maybe you are longing into the standard instead. I would go to Sirius.com, on your PC and open media player, use the same login and password for your premium account and see if the Premium or if the standard account button is pressed, on the media player.

I also had trouble when I was setting up my Squeezebox radio too my Sirius account and that was my problem, I was logging into the standard account instead of the premium account. Hope this helps.

Sorted, and thank you.

Your post gave me a clue. As it turns out, when I subscribed to 'premium' online service yesterday they gave me some version of standard which is 'computer only,' (don't ask me, doesn't sound right to me either) rather than what I paid for.

They fixed it today and I'm fine.
