View Full Version : Reset Password Broken in Bugzilla

Hi, I forgot my bugzilla password. When I enter my e-mail address to reset password I never get the e-mail with the link to reset it. The message is not in my spam either. Anyone else has the same problem?

Please be sure to select the correct product in the product selection drop down menu.

Audio > Network Music Players > then select the correct Squeezebox product you are requesting support for.

I'm not sure if "bugzilla" would be available as an option. :)

There seems to be a general problem with mails from bugzilla. I tried to create an account twice, but never received the confirmation mail. And yes, I did look into my Junk folder, and even into the Exim logs on my mail server.

Yes, bugzilla hasn't been sending out mails for several days (@#!). Still waiting for the fix...

It seemed to be fixed now. Got a couple of messages to reset my password :-) Thanks.
