    Logitech at CES 2010?

Does anyone know if they were there with the Touch? Non of the show reports mention them at all.

Would it not be a good idea if a logitech rep presented their CES show this year, with an obvious slant regarding streaming media products

With photos , maybe in the system photos subforum ?

Logitech had 7 awards from CES 2010 - one of which was Squeezebox Radio and another was the Touch - mentioned in the Logitech blog

I think they gave those awards out a couple of months ago.

Yeah what is up with that continually extended delivery date? What is holding it up? Suppliers or is it a software issue? I really hope it comes before the weather warms up I plan to use my Radio on the patio sans power cord.

They did (mid November at the press preview in New York) but I didn't see that mentioned here.

Hardware is already manufactured and stockpiled. Delay is only software, getting SBS 7.5 and TinySC stable and ready.

My guess is 'safety ratings' or other legal requirements.

There have been enough laptops/mp3players/phones exploding that it's harder to get safety approval on batteries.

Telling governments and places like UL "we want to ship this can you hurry it up" probably doesn't get you anything.

Logitech did have much going on at CES this year. Just a small meeting room. No booth.
rip, tag, get cover art… All you do is insert the CD!
