If Ford and Sony don't have 30 day return policies--fine. Squeezebox does.
I don't mean to defend any particular weenie except, perhaps myself.

Again, I'm glad they're improving the product and happy they have an upgrade
kit.

Here's a prediction: someone buys the upgrade kit and mangles their unit.
