Squeeze Box server not recognizing network hard drive

Good snowy morning from the Northeast!

I've had my music files stored on a networked hard drive for some time with no trouble. Suddenly, Squeezebox server doesn't see the library. I can access the hard drive and all folders from the PC just fine. I've tried power cycling the PC, router, and hard drive with no luck. On the SB Server home page "My Music" doesn't show up as an option. The network drive is mapped as drive "Z", and on the basic settings page, for "Music Folder" I can browse to the folder where the music is (Z:/FLAC)with no trouble, and can see sub folders fine.

Any thoughts? I tried calling support (usually can figure out myself, but am stumped). No love. They said the network hard drive is unsupported.

    Thanks!

No support for network drives? Wow. Must of got the DOS support center

No answer for your problem but I found the support response quite troubling. (and quite confusing)

Working again. Don't know why or what I did differently!
