View Full Version : Playing .m4a files?

2004-07-31, 12:20
Hi,

I'vej just boosted my music collection by copying the contents of my mate's
iPOD - I've got 23 gig of files!

..mp3 files play fine, as do my own ripped .flac files.

Can someone tell me if/how I can play .m4a files? I'm running slimserver on
linux (Fedora Core 2).

Thanks,

R.

Read the FAQ which you find going to localhost:9000. In there you'll see
you have to change the file /usr/local/slimserver/convert.conf, and
install faad2.
