I swear, this shoddy service makes me want to throw something through a window. Great idea, horrible implementation. (I mean to criticize Rhapsody not Squeezebox.)

Anyone else experiencing issues with Rhapsody lately? I can listen to some tracks, no problem. But some require me to manually intervene to get them to play (pressing rewind after SBS errors on the track), and others won't play no matter how hard I try. But it's not consistent or stable, a few hours go by and suddenly most of these hard-to-play tracks play just fine. Right now I can't get any of Tom Petty's new Live Anthology to play, although other albums play fine.

Suppose I'll shoot a note to Real support, an oxymoron if there ever was one.

Wish there was a stable alternative (I've found Napster to be just as buggy.) Amazing to me how rock solid and stable Pandora is, and it's FREE! Maybe Rhapsody should hire some of Pandora's engineers.

Same here. I've noticed seemingly random issues this past week. Some tracks will download, some tracks will stream but not download, some tracks will not even stream, and I just rebuilt my squeezeboxserver and now that won't play Rhapsody at all...

Rhapsody stopped working today. Error message is track subscription temporarily unavailable. Contacted support this morning. They say they know about it and are working on it, but do not know when it will be fixed. Checked support page just now and there is a message about long waits because of unsusually high volume of support calls. I think we know why.

Glad to hear I'm not alone. Rhapsody just recently made a big deal about an overnight outage for a total system upgrade, not much an upgrade it seems. The new Norah Jones stopped working this morning too, I wonder if it is somehow related to a lack of data redundancy on their servers for some of the material.

Here's hoping they get it fixes, I'd hate to have to go back to buying CDs. (Seems such a weird concept to me now.)

Checked with support again today. Same response: we are aware of the problem, but do not know when it will be fixed.

Checked with support again today. Same response: we are aware of the problem, but do not know when it will be fixed. Rhapsody support or Logitech support?

It's somewhat reassuring to know that I'm not the only one with this problem...

But is it an issue on Rhapsody's end? (If so, refund time!)

I've been very annoyed lately by Rhapsody losing music. It seems like they are losing licenses to certain artists and albums. Tracks I've had in playlists for years and months no longer are playable. Some of them I can find if I search for the album, but some are no longer available on the network.

I have both Rhapsody and Napster and am thinking of ditching Rhapsody. I've had it since 2003 and they still haven't addressed some of the issues I first noted back then.
