No "My Apps" in Fishbone Pull down Menus Svr7.4

I am running 7.4 server and have two SB3's and a Radio. "My Apps" shows up
on the SB3's and the Radio, but not as a selection on the Fishbone skin
pull-down menu on the http interface. This is how I get access to Live365
on the http interface. Is this skin supported by Logitech?
