In the Task Manager Processes view, you can do "view->select columns"
and select "PF Delta" and "IO Read Bytes" and "IO Write Bytes". The
PF delta will go up when you're paging (memory bloat) and the IO Read
and Write will go up when a process does reads and writes. These are
not perfect measurements, because page faults are recorded for things
other than low-memory paging, and it may be hard to catch which
process is doing lots of reads/writes, but it's better than nothing.
