My Squeezebox cannot be accessed by Squeezebox server or squeezebox.com because it has mysteriously been assigned to another user erik.zeitler in Sweden. This happened all of a sudden with the new software as I' d been using my squeezebox without problem for years. Can anyone help? slim devices support does not respond at all to my pleas for help.

Have you tried calling them? I find it very difficult to imagine that if you got them on the phone, they would still ignore your pleas.
