It says 'rich stereo sound' in the 2nd link. Must be a typo.

Looks great :) Far too pricey for us in the UK though, 160!

Well it also cost 180 euros here. But... this is with added logitech tax ( :P ). The harmony one remote should be 200 euros while you can get it for 110.

I bet in 2 months it will go for 120 or something.

I very much doubt it. I reckon that the "street price" will soon be 90-120 - which to be honest is a bargain for what you get. It is a very nice unit with lovely sound - better than a Tivoli Model One (my previous reference) plus all the SC Streaming functionality. Pretty much a no brainer really (unless you ONLY want a BBC real-time radio...)

I would be delighted if the street price would soon drop below 120 in Italy, would get one for my mother then, which won't use the SB Classic with amplified speakers that often becuase of the missing preset buttons. My guess is that in Italy you have to be happy when you will get it at 150. On a side note, the place where I bought my Boom at 195 now lists it at 350 ! WTH?

I hope so, I'd happily pay 100 :)

Me too, but it needs to get there before Christmas to get on my Christmas list!

Next Christmas perhaps :)

I do think the eventual sweet spor for this will be 99. There have been some fantastic deals on Booms, and I would hope the Radio would be much higher sales volume.

Doing 150 on amazon.co.uk already. And amazon is not the cheapest :)

It would be good if the Radio could support Spotify.

Pandora and the like are not useful in the UK, but we have Spotify available.

The developers have said they will support it when Spotify release a usable api. In the meantime there is Napster and Last.fm in the UK.

Amazon usually are the cheapest, Boom has been 105 and Controller 110

These all sound cool but the thing that catches my eye is that the Squeezebox Classic is hardly mentioned. I hope they don't get rid of the most reliable player they have, it would be a real shame.

I think you will find as I have done that Touch running in "Classic Mode" (ie not using local storage) is prety nearly as stable as the Classic. I can't comment on TinySC stability/reliability yet.
