Firmware upgrade

Just download latest and can't get the firmware loaded

Current firmware version 20

Ever time I power up is say hold bright etc - progress bar then back to hold
bright

Tried power cycle and same every time

Any ideas

Karl,

Probably this is the bug that we recently fixed - the trick is getting
the newer rev with the fix to load now.... please try two things:

1) try doing the update over ethernet instead of 802.11
2) if you're comfortable opening the case and you have a torx size 10
screwdriver handy, please try removing the wireless card. Then put the
wireless back in after doing the upgrade.
