I just picked up a Harmony SST-688 remote and in the programming I was
happy to see that Slim Devices was listed as a device... As I go
through the programming though it is recommending a Parasound CD99 CD
Player instead of the Slim Devices SLM-P3 CD Player

Anyone have a similar device and experience? I'd like to pick the
right one on the first try if possible...

Thanks,
JG

I'm using the Slim Devices listing on mine. There's only one minor
problem with it, when I need to update the firmware, the Harmony
doesn't send the Brightness signal for the three full seconds
necessary to start the firmware update no matter how long I hold down
the button. I'm sure there's a way to fix this, but I haven't had time
to fool around with it yet.

I ended up programming my harmony remote with the SB remote. The one
online at the time had issues. This also fixed the "hold brightness"
button issue for updating the firmware.

I tried the Parasound which it defaulted to, but found the Slim Devices
(as you might expect) to work better...
