Hi
Would it be possible to download files from Napster (under subscription and with better quality) and listen it from SC on NAS powered by Atom (over Duet) without connection to the internet?

No, downloaded tracks like that contain WM DRM which is not supported.

Hi Andy,

Now I see how silly question was. I did not see it as DRM issue.
Thanks for the reply. Understood.
Are there plans to resolve this?

It means the Duet is mainly for the internet streaming and for music from CDs I have and RIP into my server. Am I right?
Would I be able to listen my CDs from the server without internet connection?

Would I be able to listen my CDs from the server without internet connection?Yes that it what Squeezecenter is mainly for although now you can do almost everything there. You do need to scan your music though before playing and create a music folder.

Correct. Any music in your local library is seen by SC. No need for internet.
