View Full Version : Artwork Idea

This is an easy thing for me to say, as I don't know the first thing about
doing it, but those of you who are more knowledgeable would be able to
comment on whether it is a good idea...

We use the computer to control the Slimp3 more than we use the remote...is
it possible to have the web browser automatically open a new window showing
only the artwork of the currently playing song, with a simple "play",
"pause", "ffwd" and "rwd" controller built into it?

We love the artwork ability, but it comes up quite small and it would be
cool to be able to see the artwork full size while the song is playing.

I'm thinking that the window would come up in front of the regular Slim
browser page.

Finally, just while I'm asking a question...how do I respond to an earlier
posting? I think I'm doing something wrong, and when I try and respond I
create a new posting instead of being part of the thread.

Thanks.

Try using the fishbone skin, then click undock.

I just tried this, and the window created for the undocked player isn't big
enough; the links for Repeat, Shuffle and Player are only partly visible.
On my screen (1024x768), the player needs an area of roughly 576x256, not
counting the border or title caption of the window.
