Squeezebox 2 airport extreme n router can't connect?

    Hello everyone.

Just brought a new wireless router from apple (extreme N) and for some reason my squeezebox won't join the network. Looking at the display on the squeezebox it say encryption failure but I have my router set to WPA2. Anyone have any clue what I should do?

    Thanks

    John

I wonder if that's an incorrect error message.

I thought (could be wrong) that SB doesn't do wireless n, only g (and b?).

SB does G + B. The Apple Airport Extreme does simultaneous N + G...so, the SB should connect fine via G.

You probably need to fiddle with the Airport utility and the SB to get compatible security/encryption settings...
You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal...
