That cleans up the display a bit (i.e., the display looks normal with
the different options pages links at the top in grey and a black box
below with the SlimServer Version). However, there are still no actual
options displayed and the only option under player settings is still
"Forget Player".

Dean has put in a fix to the windows installed which was not doing enough work
on updating skins. It shoudl be in tomorrow's nightly EXE build.

Try that and see if it helps. Sorry to keep pushing the daily updates, but we're
getting a lot of bugs cleared out. The more the merrier before 5.2 comes out.
