View Full Version : SC 7.3.2 can't connect to SB Duet

The remote for my Duet is working fine and I am able to stream internet content, but the SC software (7.3.2) cannot find my Duet, so I cannot play any music off my local machine. The software can identify the files in my iTunes library, but it cannot add them to the playlist. My initial call into tech support led me to believe the problem was with the TrendMicro PC-cillin anti-virus software, but when I turn the anti-virus off, the problem remains. SC "cannot find player". Any advice?
