Slimserver 5.1.5
Win2k Pro
512 MB Ram
13,621 Songs
iTunes Integration

The longer the service runs, the more memory the slimsvc.exe uses. When I
start the service it loads at about 69Mb of memory usage. The longer it
runs the memory usage keeps inching up. For instance, I restarted the
server 15 minutes ago and it has already inched back up to 74 MB. I let it
run all night last night and it got up to 215mb used.

I tried some performance monitoring but didn't identify anything of
interest.

This is a known bug, triggered by a problem in the built-in webserver.
This issue has been fixed in the latest nightly release:

I notice that the nightly seems a lot smaller than the
release version; 7.5 MB vs 11.5 MB. What is the difference?

We combined the Windows executables for running the Windows service and
the regular, interactive slim.exe version of the server into a single
executable.
