How does this discovery work? If it won't cross subnets, (and it probably shouldn't) then it won't be useful to me personally, but may be to other folks. Entering a hostname/ip is fine, but I was looking more for a way to associate a server setting to a "common name" for lack of a better expression, then be able to choose from them. I could then choose "bob's server" or "jon's server". If it weren't for the subnetting, the plain discovery would work great.

All in all, a nice to have, but hardly critical.

As you guessed the discovery won't work across subnets. I'll add this to the
wish list.
