Just a question, but how long should one expect to wait before getting a response on a support ticket?

I know this is a user forum, but I'm hoping for an answer - only because I'm not getting one from the ticketing system.

You might check your junk mail inbox to make sure it wasn't accidentally filtered there.

Other than that the only thing I can think of would be that they're on holiday, but you might try following up with another email just in case.

Although this is not a support forum, somebody might be able to give some helpful advice if you mention the issues you're having (and the supporting hardware/software you're using). You could also try an 'advanced search' for thread titles containing a keyword that matches your problem.
