I'm using SqueezeCenter only with SoftSqueeze, and I'm trying to figure out how to load cover art.

When I click on the musical note symbol I get an URL popping up looking for a .jpg:

http://127.0.0.1:9000/music//cover.jpg

Also once I click a song and it's loaded on the right side, and at the top I hover the mouse over the top note the cover image appears, but that's the only place I see it with the mouse hovering over the note.

What I'd like to know here is can I just get SqueezeCenter to load them, or is it better to put the artwork in the ID3 tags?

I read this about using a folder to display them:

Let's say you have albums covers with album names saved in PNG format as, for example, Back in Black.png, Physical Graffiti.png, The Raisor's Edge.png, etc. Go to Server Settings > Interface, enter %ALBUM.png in the Artwork field, and press Change. Enter the path in the Artwork Folder field and press the Change button. SlimServer will then pick up the correct cover for the albums and tracks based on the image file's name and album title.

But I'd rather just embed them, but it's not working as I made a post below...

THANKS

Ok I got it, my bad I embedded the image into the wrong song at first, then I had the .jpg names the same as the song and SqueezeCenter doesn't like that, it actually made two song directories when I did that.

Hmm maybe a bug for the developers to work on...

Anyhow I did it... ;)

THANKS anyhow...

You'll have SC to rescan the file.
