I just rebuilt my Linux Fedora Core 1 box and I'm trying to get the
SlimServer to recognize my mp3 directory. It will look at /home/kevin fine,
but it will not go to /home/kevin/mp3. My music folder and all subs are
owned by me and belong to an mp3 group that the slimserver user is also a
member of. I've even tried chown -R slimserver:slimserver /home/kevin/mp3.
Any ideas on why I'm getting the error message "Oops - "/home/kevin/mp3"
doesn't seem to be a valid directory. Try again." ?

If you do "ls -ld /home/kevin/mp3" what's the output look like?

Also, if you're running the Fedora FC releases, you're not running with
selinux security enabled, are you?
