SqueezeCenter 7.2 "forgets" my radio stations

    Hi everybody,
as a new owner of a SqueezeBox Classic I am absolutely satisfied with its quality of sound and its functionality. My personal heaven on earth is to listen to internet radio stations in my living room without the disturbing noise of a running PC. The installation of SqueezeBox (wireless) and SqueezeCenter on my server PC (running under W2K) was a peace of cake.

    So far, so good.

But there's one problem I have with SqueezeCenter 7.2. If I manually enter new radio stations under "internet radio"|"my radio stations" (I hope that is correct; I use the german version of SqueezeCenter), a few days later they are gone! The folder is absolutely empty!

What could be the reason for that? SqueezeCenter rescans my music library every day at 6:00 AM, but I instantly hope that has nothing to do with my problem described above.

    Every help is highly appreciated!

Do you have a playlist folder defined? If so, do you see myradio.opml in
there? Are you shutting down your computer in between?

I have no playlist folder defined. There is also no file <myradio.opml>, only a <default.opml> in \SqueezeCenter\server\Slim\Plugin\InfoBrowser\Defa ult
You're right: My server shuts down every day for 15 minutes with removing power within this period for a few minutes (to make sure that also a hanging server works fine again after 24 hours). Is that a problem? If so, what can I do to hold my radio stations (I need this shutdown)?

I'm also looking for the my myradio.opml file. Where is the Playlist folder that contains that file?

I'm using Windows XP, with Squeezecenter 7.2 build ???.

EDIT - I found where you set the Playlist folder in the Squeezecenter Settings web page Basic Settings tab.

Looking here, I found the myradio.opml file.

Ok, now I know what has happened: I cleaned the music folder from all files which are not mp3 files - and of course from the opml files...

There are no problems - only challenges...
