View Full Version : Avoiding incompletely-ripped albums in album or artwork view?

Hiya.

Does anyone know of an easy way to avoid listing albums if they appear
to be incomplete?

Typically when I'm looking at an album-oriented view, I'm wanting to
look at complete albums I have available to listen to, not singles or
albums where I've ripped a single track. When I have only one or a few
tracks from a single album available, I'd love to find a way of not
listing them: Either "don't list albums that have less than N tracks"
or "don't list albums less than X minutes long" or "don't list albums
with tracks that are tagged to say there should be Z tracks on the
album but I don't have all Z tracks"....or something like that.

Any thoughts? Is this perhaps available on a skin somewhere?

In an unrelated question, are there any skins for album view that label
each album with its artist and name, without requiring a roll-over?

Thanks,
- Ert

This reminded me of a very minor feature request I had which was to list
the number of albums and/or tracks available in parenthesis after the
artist in Browse Artists mode.

Jim Brickman (124 tracks in 9 albums)
