Thanks everybody a restarted and version 0 sorted it

Just one thing I have noticed - to me the volume control is the wrong way

The very latest nightlies (as in last night) may require 21 as the firmware
version.

I was waiting for someone to mention that!

When I was doing the skin, the thought process in my head said up then
down but I realise that as far as every piece of kit I have ever used
goes, it's the other way round. I'll make sure I change it for the next
release.

It's also been pointed out that perhaps the '0' key should be moved so
that it is after the '9'. With hindsight that seems more logical too.
I'll change that as well.

You might have already tried this and disliked the overall remote layout,
but what about a layout more like a standard remote?
