Hi guys

I'm looking for the best FLAC player software for XP. I use Billy for MP3 http://www.sheepfriends.com/?page=billy which is really nice, simple, gapless and resource light.

Is there a similar FLAC player around, for those times when you dont have a Squeeze with you. As above really, tiny, resource light and does gapless.

Cheers

I use Foobar2000 (http://www.foobar2000.org/).

If you're running XP, how resource light could it need to be?

I still use Winamp. I can't see why you'd want to use any player that can only play a single audio format.

I'm not sure why you say you need to find the "best" one - that search will never end.

If you're happy to find "good" ones and then stop, both Foobar and Winamp will fill the bill.

I like foobar it also has an easy file converter if your mp3 player won't play flac.

I'm using WMP11 - it's there, so might as well use it....

Another vote for Foobar2000.

Also you might want to consider MusicIP Mixer. It's known primarily for its ability to create good playlists, but it's not a bad player either. Songbird is another one you might want to look at.
