Is there support for a 24-hour (military-style) clock on the Squeezebox?
If not, could it be supported in a future firmware release?

I am displaying the time on my slimp3 as a 24-our clock and I believe
it is a server setting, i.e. not a client but a global server setting.

Yes
If you look under "additional server settings" "formatting" and you will
find "time format" with a comprehensive array of options

Thanks. I must have just missed it. :)

The additional setitngs can be easily missed, as with any of the other links
that may require scrolling down, depending on your screen resolution.

I think there should be a mention (maybe in the SlimServer FAQ) along
the lines of

Q. "I'ld really like to change a lot of the displays on the
Squeezebox. How can I do it?"

A. "Use Web access to the SlimServer, choose 'server settings', and
at the very bottom fo the page you will see an item 'additional
server settings'. Click on this and you get a large number of items
you can adjust."

I only recently discovered that I could disable all the search
facilities in the Squeezebox menu, which suits my current use.
