If i have it on squeeze network and connect to squeeze center it says waking squeeze center and then it powers off? i have to hit the power button again to turn it back on.
If i am on squeeze center i have menu to go back to squeeze network it goes back to it but powers off again, and i have to turn it back on.
I was just wondering if this is the way it is suppose to be working?
Looks like it would just switch between the 2 apps without powering off?
Thanks,
Jeff

Thank you for contacting Logitech support. My name is Agustin and I will be happy to assist you with this matter. If you need to speak to a Customer Representative dial 1-877-887-8889 (US and Canada only) and an agent will be able to assist you over the phone.

Regarding this matter, the volume should be adjustable regardless of the connection you are using. Let me have you reset the sound chip as a test. The following steps will assist you:

Can you try resetting the player's Xilinx clock chip? This is done by:

1. Unplugging the power to the unit
2. Holding down the one (1) button on the remote while plugging it back in
3. You should see "Programming xilinx" on the screen briefly. (you might here some popping on the speakers.)

Try playing music again and see if that corrects the problem.

And This Fixed The Problem!
