Apparently the problem is we wanted to replace just the receiver as the controller works fine with the other boxes BUT the reciever is not listed as a spare part so they are "waiting for an answer" from someone whatever that means !!!
If I were you Logitech I would be rather bloody concerned about any employee that takes a month to reply. Oh that's right they haven't replied yet.
Lesson to be learnt buy from a retailer not Logitech direct, Unbelievable.

Yea, I had turn-around time problem with some information now that Logitech is around. It took over a month to get one sales ticket closed.

Wow & your in the States I thought it was Just us in the Uk that they didn't care about.
