Hi,

I just bought a Squeezebox Classic and I like it a lot.
Unfortunately playing the favorite radio station (OGG stream) of my wife
the display shows after a minute or so
"Ran out of decoder PRAM" and the music stops. The I have to reboot.
I'm using firmware 101 and SqueezeCenter 7.1
I have read in some older threads that I should:
"If it is an OGG stream then the workaround is to disable under Server Settings/Filetypes OGG (built-in)"
But I can't find that menue item, where to do that.

Can someone point me to right direction?

Regards,Tim

In 7.1 the menu is under Settings / Advanced/ File Types.

Hi,
thanks for that hint.
This radio station is now running well.
But only if I am connected to SqueezeCenter.
If I'm connected to SqueezeNetwork the same misbehaviour
with this radio station happens again.

Can I also change some setting there corresponding to that
I changed in SC?

Regards,Tim

No - I believe not all OGG encodings can be played by SB over SN something to do with the size of the table and not enough room in SB memory.

Now I need a very good explanation for my wife why I spent 200
for a new box where she can't hear her favorite radio station ...
