I've been installing 7.1 (most recently to fix the Rhapsody issue), but what's new in 7.2 and 7.3, and should I just install one of those?

no, stick with 7.1 until its released officially, then go to 7.2

So... what's new/planned in 7.2 and 7.3?

Quite a bit, but the main thing (and probably the biggie for most people) is audio playback through the controllers headphone socket :)

With my newly acquired M28 portable speakers, i cant wait to have a portable Squeezebox for the kitchen/garden/bathroom :)

I installed SC 7.2 on my server and my receiver f/w was upgraded to v42 but my SBC won't update. I attempt to use the menu but it fails. Anythng I can do to get it to update?

Thx,
Mark

Interestingly, the Debian "unstable" build moved to 7.2 a few weeks ago. I've been running it with no problems. There have been several SB2/3 firmware updates (today I got 107) and I'm not sure what the features are, but it seems to work very well.
