Yesterday my slimp3 stopped playing music completely. I was doing a bunch
of i/o intensive things on the server, so I figured it was related.
After I was all done, the slimp3 still wouldn't play music, so I reset the
access point and the wireless bridge that I'm using, since my linksys
stuff likes to stop working after X amount of packets has gone through it.
No luck.
I power cycled the slimp3, and after bypassing the option to config things
again, it said that the network was disconnected (I still had link). I
tried swapping out the cable, same thing.
I tried a crossover cable and doing tcpdump on the other end to see if
there were any packets at all going out, but I didn't see anything.
Is there anything else I can try, or is my slimp3 just dead?
Thanks,
Moses
