Lost all volume on transporter

I have a transporter and an SB3. The SB3 is working fine but I cannot get any sound out of the transporter. I have tried balanced and unbalanced. I have checked the amplifier and I hve tried with the software volume fixed and variable. I am suspecting a hardwarew issue but if anyone has any ideas I can try before contacting Slimdevices please advise.

Is this a new TP or just a new fault?

I'd suggest re-flashing the Xilinx (Press & Hold 1 whilst powering up IIRC)

The machine must be about 1 year old. This is a brand new fault. I will try re-flashing.

Other details are
Opeating system windows P
Squeezecenter 7.0 and 7.01 have been tried.

I am afraid that the thread was not much help as it discusses a firewall issue. I do not have an active firewall and my SB3 is working fine.

Disconnect the power, press and hold 1 on the remote and reconnect the power. Release 1 when you see the message about reflashing the Xilinx. You could also try a factory reset, same procedure but use Add instead of 1. The latter has fixed no-sound issues with me on the TP.
