The APT and YUM Repositories have been updated. They've been moved to a new server. While the DNS change takes time to occur globally, you may see your client be redirected from http://debian.slimdevices.com to http://test.debian.slimdevices.com. This is perfectly normal.

Additionally, the TESTING Repo has switched to the 7.1 SqueezeCenter branch, and the UNSTABLE Repo has moved to the 7.2 SqueezeCenter branch.

And they say it's too techy around here...

So is stable the released version or the 7.0 nightly?

AFAIK, its possible to have more dists - the names are just the directory names, aren't they?

(I just got a surprise upgrade to 7.2 and will try to stay, so I don't personally care about the 7.0 nightly.)

Stable is still 7.0.1...

The names are indeed customizable ... but we have followed the stable/testing/unstable standard that other Debian developers have used. It makes things easier this way because people dont have to update their sources.list file every time we release a new 'major version. Instead users can select to either be 'stable' and always just run the released code... or choose 'testing' and run the upcoming-release ... or be very daring and run 'unstable' which is one release further out.
