An active support forum with active users is a telling view of the
life of a product. When the forum stops seeing questions like:
"when is the foo gonna be fixed" or "how do I do baz"
or even more importantly, "when is release X.y.Z due?"
Then you know the product is dead.

From the mailing list alone, you can tell that the SqueezeBox is a great
and very lively product.

And so far, I love the SqueezeBox and Benchmark DAC combination. In fact,
I'll go listen to a couple more albums now....

So can we discuss support?
