As per the annoucement from JimC - wikiradio is coming back - but its not quite working yet...

Logitech have kindly brought back the wiki page so all your old wiki radio station lists can be found at wikiradio.slimdevices.com.

At present the plugin parser included with alien can't read this so you can't play the stations. I'm hoping to get a change to the web server to make this trivial, otherwise I'll update alien in the next few days.

For users of wiki radio, please replace the WikiRadio.opml file in Plugins/Alien/Addons with the one attached here (inside the zip file). This should make WikiRadio work again. Please report back here whether it works and I will update the next version of Alien.

Thanks to Jim C, Matt and Andy for sorting out the server side of this.

Doesn't work for me. Get "There was an error loading the remote feed for : (404 Not Found)" regardless of the "OPML" file used. I did stop and restart SC (Ver. 7.01).

If you go into Settings - Plugins - Alien and click on the "Reset" link, does this fix it. Otherwiser you could click the "Edit" link, navigate to the wikiradio url and click edit - the url should be set to:

http://wikiradio.slimdevices.com/plugin/attachments/HomePage/

There was an error loading the remote feed for : (Can't locate object method "parse" via package "Plugins::Alien::Addons::WikiRadio" at /Slim/Formats/XML.pm line 188. )

Thats the error I get. The first time I tried it before I reset it I got 2 links after clicking. On was a station the other was helpmechill.com Neither worked and I got the 404 message.

The "Reset" seems to have done the job. Didn't know that was required. Thanks!

I've done all that but still get the same error.

Update: Just deleted Alien again, reinstalled added the new opml and it worked!! Thanks to all.

You are getting a different error message - this usually results from not having the plugin installed in the refered to location

Do you have a file WikiRadio.pm within the folder: Plugins/Alien/Addons/ ?

The problem was that in my attempts to get it to run I had replaced both the wikiradio.opml and the .pm files. When I added the new file you made I forgot that it wasn't the original .pm file. I remembered that today and re installed alien and all worked great. Thanks
